A career shaped by complex contexts<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Throughout my career, I have held positions of increasing responsibility, up to General Management, working in structured companies and markets subject to significant technological, organizational, and competitive changes. I have worked closely with entrepreneurs, boards, and leadership teams, taking on the burden of strategic decisions myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over time, I have experienced a recurring tension firsthand:
the growing complexity of strategic decisions compared to the individual's ability to sustain them over time. With increased responsibilities, interdependencies, and decision-making pressure, individual thinking\u2014however competent\u2014becomes insufficient.
Not because of a lack of ability, but because complexity requires a different way of sharing ideas, methods, and responsibilities.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This experience has led to the creation of Jour Fixe<\/strong>.
Not as a traditional consulting service, but as an operational tool to extend the decision-making range of top management, helping key figures grow in the way they think, decide, and support decisions over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fil rouge running through all these experiences has been the focus on the quality of decisions and the ability of organizations to sustain them over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About me<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Born with dual Italian and German citizenship, thanks to my international education, I took on positions of responsibility from a young age.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

In 1996, I joined Agfa Gevaert as an intern, where I held international positions in change management over the course of nine years, focusing on business process reengineering, sales force automation, and business analysis.\nIn 2003, at the age of 29, I became Director of the Agfa Photo Italia Business Unit, with a turnover of \u20ac38 million and a staff of 60 people.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In 2010, I joined Johnson Controls as Director of Marketing HVAC Service for Europe, where I conceived and launched ECONEO, a service based on LEED principles focused on energy saving. In 2012, I was promoted to General Manager for Switzerland, based in Geneva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2014, I left Johnson Controls to start my own business, founding a digital communications agency with my sister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2018, I re-joined the corporate world as Sales Director for Southern Europe, then Business Development Director for Europe at Automated Logic (which later became part of the Carrier group). In 2022, I accepted the challenge of leading the organizational transformation of a rapidly growing agricultural cooperative in the B2B frozen vegetable sector, with two factories, over 300 employees, and 760 farmers (covering over 8,000 hectares). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In mid-2025, a cycle of renewal was completed, initiated to restore balance and clarity during a period of unstable growth. With this transition complete, the group's leadership resumed the reins with the determination necessary to tackle a complex restructuring that could no longer be postponed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
