A career shaped by complex contexts
Throughout my career, I have held positions of increasing responsibility, up to General Management, working in structured companies and markets subject to significant technological, organizational, and competitive changes. I have worked closely with entrepreneurs, boards, and leadership teams, taking on the burden of strategic decisions myself.

Over time, I have experienced a recurring tension firsthand:
the growing complexity of strategic decisions compared to the individual's ability to sustain them over time. With increased responsibilities, interdependencies, and decision-making pressure, individual thinking—however competent—becomes insufficient.
Not because of a lack of ability, but because complexity requires a different way of sharing ideas, methods, and responsibilities..
This experience has led to the creation of Jour Fixe.
Not as a traditional consulting service, but as an operational tool to extend the decision-making range of top management, helping key figures grow in the way they think, decide, and support decisions over time.
The fil rouge running through all these experiences has been the focus on the quality of decisions and the ability of organizations to sustain them over time.
Practice is the visible form of invisible leadership. Leaders do not demonstrate strength through improvisation but build trust through consistency of process.

About me
Born with dual Italian and German citizenship, thanks to my international education, I took on positions of responsibility from a young age.
In 1996, I joined Agfa Gevaert as an intern, where I held international positions in change management over the course of nine years, focusing on business process reengineering, sales force automation, and business analysis. In 2003, at the age of 29, I became Director of the Agfa Photo Italia Business Unit, with a turnover of €38 million and a staff of 60 people.
In 2010, I joined Johnson Controls as Director of Marketing HVAC Service for Europe, where I conceived and launched ECONEO, a service based on LEED principles focused on energy saving. In 2012, I was promoted to General Manager for Switzerland, based in Geneva.
In 2014, I left Johnson Controls to start my own business, founding a digital communications agency with my sister.

In 2018, I re-joined the corporate world as Sales Director for Southern Europe, then Business Development Director for Europe at Automated Logic (which later became part of the Carrier group). In 2022, I accepted the challenge of leading the organizational transformation of a rapidly growing agricultural cooperative in the B2B frozen vegetable sector, with two factories, over 300 employees, and 760 farmers (covering over 8,000 hectares).
In mid-2025, a cycle of renewal was completed, initiated to restore balance and clarity during a period of unstable growth. With this transition complete, the group's leadership resumed the reins with the determination necessary to tackle a complex restructuring that could no longer be postponed.

Why Jour Fixe now
Collaboration begins with a conversation.
A time to understand the context, the decisions at stake, and the level of complexity to be addressed.
Jour Fixe represents the natural synthesis of this process. It is a structured workspace that provides executive experience, methodology, and accountability without introducing new structures or fixed costs. It is a practical way to help senior management share strategic thinking with key figures while maintaining consistency, direction, and decision-making quality.
Jour Fixe was not created to replace leadership. It was created to make leadership sustainable over time.
The belief that method is the visible form of leadership that can handle complexity accompanies my work and guides every Jour Fixe path: well-constructed decisions, people who grow in responsibility, organizations that maintain consistency even in the most delicate moments.

If you have time, reflect for 5 minutes. If you don't have time, reflect for an hour.
Jour Fixe was born precisely from this idea: to create a regular one-hour space to think and decide methodically, when complexity makes it impossible to do so alone.
